CCAP welcomes all feedback about customer orders, and we are pleased to hear any additional comments which may help us to improve the service we offer. If any culture arrives in unsatisfactory condition it may be replaced free of charge (we may charge shipping) if CCAP is informed within 14 days of receipt, however please note that shipments can be subjected to environmental stress beyond our control, our aim is for some part of the culture to arrive in a viable condition. If there are living cells in the culture, then subculturing and allowing time should lead to recovery.
