I have a keen interest in the ecology, physiology and genomics of diseases in algae. My interaction with CCAP revolves around the biobanking of pathogens, as well as algae for projects on genomics, breeding and domestication. I split my time between SAMS and the Muséum d’Histoire Naturelle in Paris as scientific coordinator of the Pole for Bioinformatics and Data Analysis.
