size approx 30x13 µm in vivo; this strain is not kept in anaerobic conditions; culture also contains Halocafetieria seosinensis (Bicosoecida), Pleurostomum flabellatum (Heterolobosea) and Plaesiobystra hypersalinica (Amoebae in Heterolobosea), these were present on accession. |
