If any culture arrives in unsatisfactory condition it may be replaced free of charge (we may charge shipping) if CCAP is informed within 14 days of receipt, however please note that shipments can be subjected to environmental stress beyond our control, our aim is for some part of the culture to arrive in a viable condition.
